As a Business Affairs Manager, you'll handle advertising regulations, production matters, third-party licensing, and talent negotiations. You’ll work closely with marketers, legal teams, and external partners to ensure marketing materials meet all legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure and advise on celebrity and non-celebrity talent for marketing campaigns.
- Manage third-party licenses for campaigns across various markets.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Business Affairs on talent, production, and legal matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in Business Affairs, managing legal and production issues in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of licensing, production, and legal issues across media platforms.
- Experience at a production studio, agency, or client-side marketing.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in copyright, trademark, and advertising law, particularly in digital content and technology.
- Familiarity with SAG/AFTRA, ACTRA, and AFM union guidelines and cost projections
